TEXOUT is the Giovanardi brand for technical fabrics developed for cross-functional applications in residential and hospitality as well as in marine and yacht projects.

Established in 1963 in Mantova, Giovanardi has been run by a family that now, under the leadership of the brothers Carlo and Daniela, has reached his third generation and is an integrated company in textile business with several branches in the world. The company designs, develops, manufactures and distributes high performance fabrics for indoor and outdoor furnishing, sun protection, marine, textile architecture, digital printing, industrial, logistic and agricultural applications. The assortment counts more than 3000 items between 250 and 1.600 gr/m2 up to 500 cm width and a dedicated complete line of accessories.

Giovanardi is continuously investing in innovation and quality in compliance with the European Reach and Oeko-Tex regulations. To assure these high quality standards, a pool of professional chemists works actively to test the products and evaluate the performance and specifications to offer a concrete support to the customers.

The “Green” spirit of the company and its link with the territory is demonstrated by the efforts for an active participation in Expo 2015 as official supplier of fabrics to build various foreign pavilions and as a partner in the construction of the pavilion “CIBUS E’ ITALIA” with a solid contribution in providing innovative and environmentally sustainable fabrics.
